Gabe Salgado, Director of Contra Costa Midrasha in Walnut Creek, specializes in Jewish education through Israeli culture and art, especially modern Hebrew music from Israel. He is the Youth Director at Temple Isaiah in Lafayette where he managed three youth groups, a Summer day camp, and Temple Isaiah's religious school B'nai Mitzvah program and "Seventh Grade Fund" Youth Foundation. He also taught at Temple Isaiah Teen School, specializing in Israel studies and critical thinking. Gabe is a graduate of the San Francisco Bay Area "Tikea Fellowship" program for Jewish teen educators.
