Bruce Bierman danced with the acclaimed L.A. based Aman International Folk Ensemble and has performed and taught world dance to youth and adults throughout the United States. Most recently, Bruce has focused his learning on Ashkenazi, Sephardic and oriental Jewish dance and music traditions. His teachers include Michael Alpert, Steve Weintraub, Deborah Strauss, Jeff Warschauer and Julie Egger. Bruce is also an award-winning director/choreographer whose productions have been performed in the Bay Area and Los Angeles.
